Living on minimum wage

I recently read an article talking about increasing the minimum wage.

Good quotes:
"I can't even move out of my mama's house, and I got a child on the way," Willis said.

"How am I supposed to make a living making $6.55 an hour?" he said.

My views on the subject:

• Go to school so you don't have to work for minimum wage


• Does raising the minimum wage cause prices in general to go up?


• If not, why don't we make the minimum wage $30/hr? $50? $500?


• Work hard, be dedicated, your wage will increase
